Description
This book was developed from a successful review course for senior radiology residents preparing for the ACR written Board examination. Although designed to review and reinforce concepts learned from didactic lectures and other reading, many residents have successfully relied on Huda as their sole means of preparation. Designed as a comprehensive review source for radiology residents preparing for the physics portion of the American Board of Radiology written examination and for radiologic technologists preparing for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification examination. The book features a complete review of x-ray production and interworking on all modalities. Extra than 500 exam practice questions to help the customer fully prepare for their examinations.

Customer rating is 5 of 5  Simply Superb. A must for any Radiology Resident sitting Exams   2009-09-28
By J. F. R. Shaikh (RIYADH, Saudi Arabia)
Although it is a must for any Radiology Resident preparing for major board exams, I think it is also helpful to any doctor who wants to brush up, seek clarifications or gain some understanding on the matter.
Customer rating is 5 of 5  Good book for physics review.   2009-05-25
By Rishi Agrawal
Good book to study for radiology physics test. Read this, Nickoloff, and recalls. Recalls are the most important. I passed.

BTW, buy a used one, $53 is too much to spend for a book you're going to use for 3-5 months and never open again.
Customer rating is 4 of 5  Concise bullet point review of everything you need for Physics boards   2008-06-06
By radiology resident / mom (Brooklyn, NY)
Huda does a very good job. A lot of questions came from the material from the book. The questions themselves I found less useful. But be careful, this is not a substitute to lectures/recalls/etc. Just an extremely handy addition. Honestly, next to lectures and recalls, this was THE ONLY physics text I used... and I passed by a healthy margin.
Customer rating is 4 of 5  Good review, too many errors for 2nd edition   2006-08-18
By M. Huberts (MI, USA)
This is the second edition of this review text, yet there are numerous errors in the text and practice exams. As long as you know what is going on you can catch them all. Overall, useful in pointing out the trivia needed for ABR.
Customer rating is 5 of 5  Great Review Book for Radiological Physics   2005-07-19
By Ravindra Kulasekere (Akron, OH)
If you are a medical physicist or equivalent studying for Part I of the ABR exam or equivalent, this is a must have book. The Q&A are relevant and explained well. Overall great value for the money.
